Factory:

Our factory is established in 2000 by three lighting professional, Mr Ding Fanzhong, Mr Ding Fangui and Mr Yuan Jian Lian. All these founders have more than 10 years experiences in lighting industry. At the year 2000, we have only about 30 workers, 1 workshop, and only produce hardwares for lighting fixtures for big names in the industry. Through rapid progress, now we have over 280 workers, 5 workshops, and have hundreds products producing.

Owing to rapid growth and heavy commitment of incoming orders, a new production facility of 20,000 sq. metres are on schedule. It will be ready for production in August 2004 and will increase our competity owing to large scale of production.

Quality control:

In January 2002, we passed audit of TUV Product Service for the ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System, and get their certificate. In January 2003, we passed the follow-up audit and keep the certificate valid through efforts of all members of the factory.

Through ISO9001 QMS, all our workers are trained with knowledge, skills and quality sense of our product and service. This is the most import improvement inside the factory. Another achievement is our customers are more and more satisfied with our continuous-improving quality and relied on it to enable them to keep competitive.

We have full-duty quality control staff to monitor incoming materials, in-process production and final products. All products are tested with devices according to the procedures. When a complaints or quality abnormal is found, our quality control department will investigate and issure corrective or preventive report and follow up to make sure all abnormals are improved.

In the year 2003, we have got the CE Certificate for main items from Intertek Testing Service, and CCC Certificate from CQC.

In-Process Quality Control

Export:

We start to export since 2002. This is another growth point for the factory and proved to be very sucessful. In the year 2002, our export turnover exceed USD1.6M, and expect to reach USD5M in 2003. Main export market is European, Latin America & Nothern America. This rapid growth is depend on confidence and support from our customers all over the world and our efforts to supply quality lighting products and service.
